As we focus another welcome to a new year into what feels like a never ending story, we must stay resilient.
Covid-19 took the world by storm in 2020. Then the Delta variant gave birth to newly implemented health policies and faster rollout times for vaccines. The African Omicron variant brought on another surge of cases has been ravaging the healthcare system all over the world. And now there is talks of another variant originating from France…
It’s been said that constraint is the breeding ground for creativity and throughout these past years I've seen many amazing opportunities arise.
One of which is the support that I received from the amazing individuals around me.
It's true when they say you are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.
By being very intentional with whom I spend my time with I've noticed a huge shift in energy, productivity, and happiness.
A big lesson that I'm taking into 2022 is that if you can't find what you're looking for, you can create it yourself.
Create the opportunities, the tribes, the environments - all in which you can thrive and can use as a resource to help support you during these harrowing times.
