A mistake to avoid at all costs!

Do you know someone that complains all the time?

You know, that certain someone who always expects the worst and can never see the good in anything?

Pessimism is a fundamental mistake many people make.

It’s a mental position, an off-putting pose, taken by people that aren’t optimistic about their future, their circumstances, and their current resources.

It’s one of the quickest ways to acknowledge and agree with the downside of anything without leaving any room for potential upside.

So, what can you do to help someone break free from their pessimistic shackles?

A quick dose of L.S.D. can do the trick. What does this stand for? It’s an acronym for:

L - Laughter

S - Singing

D - Dancing

It’s a great way to loosen up anyone’s grip on negativity and help them look up to possibilities with lightheartedness.

A true optimist knows that in order to live powerfully, you have to practice focusing on opportunities and possibilities rather than complaining and regretting.

These are realistic people that are unafraid to confront and understand problems. Once identified and understood, they’ll go straight back to looking at opportunity and possibility.

Optimism in the face of overwhelming pessimism takes energy and courage - something most people don’t have.

And despite all the conflicts and opposing beliefs, in the end, the people you interact with will love you for your cantor and boldness.

I could break down why it works so well, but that would take a much longer post.

For now, go give out some L.S.D. to someone in need - right now. And watch their moods brighten instantly.
